British Passenger Lauds FAAN Over Found Purse

A British passenger, Mr Thomas McGorry has commended the honesty of security personnel of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), over his lost but found purse.
McGorry gave the commendation last Monday at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos, after his missing purse which contained £820, €173 and N250 was returned to him.
This was contained in a statement signed by General Manager, Corporate Communications of FAAN, Mr Yakubu Dati, in Ikeja.
“A good Samaritan found the purse at the Arrival Hall, near the Bureau de Change Office of the International Terminal of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Ikeja, and reported to Aviation Security (AVSEC) officials, after the passenger had departed the airport.
