MTN Promises World-Class Service To Subscribers
The Mobile Telecommunication Network (MTN), has assured Nigeria subscribers on its determination to offer them a world-class service as one of its major customers in Africa.
The Chief Executive of Sir Ken MTN Mobile Shop, Sir Kenneth Owoghiri, gave the assurance in Port Harcourt on Tuesday, shortly after opening its Diobu sales outfit around Mile 3 round about.
Owoghiri, noted that MTN, has so far served Nigeria subscribers better, even amist the challenges in the telecommunication industry.
He said the new outlet known as new dawn, will provide the best customer care services, saying that the company will not relent from offering better services to Nigeria subscribers.
According to him, the Diobu outfit will do welcome pack, Mobile money and other legal MTN Services.
Also speaking, the Senior Manager, East, Mr. Innocent Enitonu, said that similar outfits have been launched in other states, adding that the Diobu outlet is the only known MTN shop in the whole neighborhood.
He also described Sir Ken as a trusted MTN partner since 2001, while thanking subscribers for the determination to patronise the company.
The regional Sales manager, Mr. Emmanuel Okereke, who appreciated members of the public for their presence, said that MTN will continue to offer an aspirational brand to them.
