‘Our Aim Is To Expose Players’
The Chairman of Ajagun Football Academy of Port Harcourt, Prince Onore, has declared that his aim is to use the academy to expose players to stardom.
According to him, he was already working to register the club in the Nigeria pro-league.
Onore, said this on Friday, shortly after his team defeated Port Harcourt Eleven FC 4-1 in a friendly football match at the Markduna International institution in Port Harcourt.
“My vision for the club is to expose young players to international level.
As chairman of the Ajagun football academy I know the importance of the game in our present society.
“I played for Akasawa FC of Togo and Kasowa FC of Ghana, with this experience I have the desire to give back to the society.
“We are working on registering the club in the Nigeria Pro -league,”Onore said.
He noted that there are talented players that need exposure.
“Looking at the boys I think they have the potentials to become stars if given the opportunity,” he stated.
