Banigo Lauds Wike Over Rebisi Flyover
The Rivers State Deputy Governor, Dr. Ipalibo Harry Banigo has congratulated the State Chief Executive, Chief Nyesom Wike for the successful completion and commissioning of the Rebisi Flyover Bridge in Port Harcourt.
In a statement in Government House, Port Harcourt, last Saturday, Banigo expressed gratitude to the Almighty God for giving the governor the wisdom, passion, and doggedness to execute land mark projects, even in the face of the global Covid-19 pandemic, which has stalled infrastructural development in other states of the federation and beyond.
“Governor Nyesom Wike has continued to demonstrate the fact that he is a very prudent manager of human and material resources, which is a very rare quality in these austere times occasioned by the Covid-19 pandemic. History will be very fair to him as one of the greatest leaders of our time”, the deputy governor added.
Banigo urged Rivers people to continue to support Wike to give him the impetus to fully actualize the NEW Rivers Vision.
