Physically Challenged Persons Commend NDDC Over Dev Of N’Delta
The Association of Physically Challenged Persons in the Niger Delta has commended the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) for its numerous projects in the region.
National Chairman, People with Disabilities, Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Mrs Simon Bider who said this during the inauguration of the body in Port Harcourt, urged the rest of the society not to ignore the contributions of this category of persons to their growth and development.
Mr Bide said that the group will not betray the trust and confidence reposed on it by members adding that every one will be carried along in the scheme of things.
Also speaking, the Public Relations Officer of the Association, Mr. Collins Akpanah, said the PWD NDDC which was drawn from several association will give a sense of belongings to persons with Disabilities in the region.
The Principal officers of the 15 member-executive are: Simon Bider chairman Ernest Ebuzu General Secretary and Collins Akpanah Public Relations Officer.
Other members are Justice Nwosu, Miss Kewe Ebidere Femi Emolongha Azikiwe, Friday Otobo, Nwoke Festus Emmanuel Ebonyi, Temple Ijiogu and Wilson Chukwudi.
