Etisalat Unveiles 2015 Nigeria Idol Five
Etisalat has an
nounced its headline sponsorship of the hit music reality show, Nigeria Idol 5.
Director, Brand and Experience, Etisalat Nigeria, Enitan Denloye announced this at a media launch held at Ikoyi, Lagos at the weekend.
Denloye who spoke with The Tide source further said that the sponsorship of the competition for five consecutive years reflects the company’s commitment to Nigeria youths.
“As a company, we are congnizant of the importance of connecting with all our customers and we recognize that music and entertainment resonate with the youth who are a key market segment for us” he said.
According to him as a company, sponsoring Nigerian Idol was its way of helping thousands of musically gifted musicians to live their dreams.
He explained that in 2015, Etisalat would raise the bar of their shows as they were so much in search of music talents that stand out.
“We want to see young and dynamic talent bring out creativity and originality into music” he said.
He concluded that Nigerian Idol has grown steadily in popularity especially among the youth since inception even as he said the winner of the 2015 edition will five away a brand new Suv and a 7.5 million cash prize amongst others rewards.
