Limited says it is now ready to commence online retailing of its mobile devices and other information technology products.
The firm’s chief executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Thomas Wale, told The Tide online source recently, that the online sales will start any time this month.
He said that the aim was to create more convenient and flexible alternative purchase channel for its teeming customers.
Wale noted that the gesture was in agreement with its decision to drive the cash-less economic policy of the central Bank of Nigeria from the retail angle.
According to him, the online alternative would not rule out the physical option, which enable consumers to purchase Information technology (IT) and other mobile devices from its retail outlets nationwide.
Rather, he said that it would aid different customers to pick the products at a very considerable rate.
He further explained that the firm would add value to its numerous and prospective customers through quick and efficient delivery to any part of Nigeria at the same rate.
Our source was also informed that the revive online store has a kind of 24 hour online customer care service that distinguished it from other online packages.
The firm’s CEO, hinted that the new innovation would add to its existing opportunity, adding that they have been in business for over 19 years.
However, the Tide, gathered that most firms are now moving towards online business as most customers are no longer willing to do physical purchase in a bid to minimize expenditure.
