e-Classroom Excites Secondary School Students In Lagos

Senior High School, Agege, Lagos on Friday expressed satisfaction with the introduction of online training into their scheme of work.
The Tide source reports that the school is one of the beneficiaries of the Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC’s) e-classroom, meant to introduce the students to e-learning.
Some of the students who practised with the computers said it would afford them the opportunity to join the community of technology savvy students.
Alade Abosede, a Senior Secondary School (SSS) 1A student, said although she had once enrolled for a three month computer training, she could not complete it due to lack of funds.
“With the new e-classroom, it will be easier to acquire the skill, just like any other school work.
“It is now included in our daily school time-table and we take turns to learn it,’’ she said.
