Firm To Partner Facebook On Business Promotion

nology firm, Cisco, has indicated interest to collaborate with facebook to assist business, enhance brand recognition and proactively aim promotions and advertisements.
The Tide gathered from a source that the system would be based on customer preferences and demographics using wi-fi.
Our online source, also has it that the Cisco Connected Mobile Experience (CMX) with facebook wi-fi is now being piloted by some of the worlds most popular joints like hotels,and other public places.
The solution will also aid in enhancing the consumer experience, by providing quick and simple way to access wi-fi by checking in on facebook.
According to internet providers, the firm’s (Cisco) innovation, is expected to provide business with more likes and check-ins for its facebook page and as well, increase its demographic data on customers.
The company also announced last weekend the expansion of its unified Access Portfolio with the introduction of catalyst 3650 access switch.
The solution (catalyst 3650), was designed to accelerate the convergence of wired and wireless networks and the Aironet, other wireless access points for managing next-generation mobile devices in high density environments.
It would be recalled that facebook provides aggregated anonymous overview about people’s activity on their page, including demographics such as age, city, gender ect.
