Crises: Cleric Urges Nigerians To Seek God’s Help

Ambassador Universal Council of The Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, Rev. Uche Raymond, has called on Nigerians to seek God’s help as the only way out of the current crises in the country.
Raymond said this at the celebration of the Salt of the Earth entitled: Preserving and Dispensing The Savoury Taste Of Christ At the National Headquarters, Calabar.
The cleric called on Nigerians to trust in God as the future of the country is bright.
“I think Nigerians should seek the face of God in order to have solution to their problems, and seek his divine directives if they want their problems, the problems of this country solved.
Also, Bishop Samuel Akpan called for national prayers over the current security challenge facing the country.
Akpan said that the level of insecurity in the country required a divine intervention.
“We are indebted to the existence of the presence of God in our country.
“So until we come into complete compromise, into the goodness, the kindness, the enduring nature of God and the universality of his existence even in a humble manner, this country is still discovering itself.
“And for you to discover yourself you have to pass through experiences.
The Salt of the Earth is an annual event of the church which comes up every Easter and attended by members from all over the world.
