The commissioner for Education, Dame Alice Lawrence-Nemi, stated this in a chat with journalists in her office in Port Harcourt.
Dame Alice Lawrence-Nemi maintained that the software would ease the WAEC tension among students in the state.
She stressed that the overall goal of the software is to eradicate examination malpractice in Rivers State by encouraging the students to work hard before the examination, assuring that the software would contain past questions from 1978 till date.
Speaking also, the Director, Finance and Administration, CINFORES, Mr Ikechi Nwogu, said that the software would expose the students to wide range of questions (over 40,000), covering the Nigerian examination curriculum in 42 subjects.
Mr Nwogu emphasised that the software has comprehensive questions and answers in all the subjects, stressing that, the product has a 100 per cent charge of enhancing students’ academic performance.
He stated that the software would make learning to be fun for students and help to build their confidence.
The software, he said would enable the Rivers State Ministry of Education to access the preparedness of students preparing for the 2012 SSCE.
