Monarch Lauds OPM Leader On Philanthropy
A traditional ruler in Port Harcourt City Local Government Area of Rivers State, Eze Owube Tobin, has eulogised the sterling qualities and steps taken by the founder and General Overseer of Omega Power Ministries, Worldwide, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, in his effort to provide free education and the basic needs of the underprivileged children in the country.
Speaking to newsmen in his palace in Port Harcourt, Eze Tobin who is the Eze Omunini I of Mgundukwu Community in the Diobu axis of the state, said the gesture of Apostle Chinyere has helped to reduce the sufferings of the less- privileged. He said the General Overseer’s gesture showed that he had indeed demonstrated the qualities that Jesus Christ symbolised.
I don’t have the right word to qualify everything about this young man. He has truly demonstrated that he is a man of God. Well, I can’t say it all but to continue to pray for him”, Eze Tobin maintained.
He maintained that one thing that caught his attention about the life style of Apostle Chinyere was the way and manner he intervened in the case of Chima and the Ikoku four, stressing that the wisdom he brought into the matter demo stated that peace and forgiveness still remained the best option and panacea to resolving conflicts. He called on other religious organisations, Muslims, Christians alike to emulate Apostle Chinyere’s philanthropic gestures.
