Supporters Club Chairman Seeks Overhaul Of Rivers United

Rivers United FC Supporters Club Chairman Comrade Franklin Owhor has called for total overhauling of the club immediately the season ends.
He stated that the most of the players and officials of the Club are no longer serious with their primary assignment, so there is need to recruit new personnels that will be committed to their job.
Comrade Owhor said these in a telephone interview with Tidesports yesterday.
According to him, if the team is not overhauled apparently,  they will not perform credibility  because most of the players and officials are bereft with new ideas to move the club forward.
“Honestly, the best thing to do shortly after the season end is for Rivers State Government to do total overhauling of all departments of the club, because I discovered that most of the players and officials are no longer committed and focused, so there is urgent need to sack such persons to enable the club move forward”, Comrade Owhor said.
The Supporters Club boss further expressed optimism that his team will surely run away with points  or point in  the match against Plateau United, on Sunday, in Jos.
“We are going to run away with points in Jos. We know that the game will not be easy because Plateau United is a good side, but we must make a statement in Jos”, he stated.
