“260,000 pupils will be directly impacted in the first year as they create over 2,600 micro businesses and community service projects.
“Over 5000 teachers will be trained on how to deliver hands-on entrepreneurship and community service education to students in primary and secondary schools.”
It quoted the SMEDAN Director General, Dr Dikko Radda as saying: “ NSEP is set to facilitate the culture of entrepreneurship and stimulate students toward job creation rather than job seeking as they create micro businesses in their various communities.”

“It will channel the energy of youths to positive and productive ends as they are prepared for the challenges of business leadership and civic responsiveness.
