Intels Bags Mobilaji Bank-Anthony Award
Intels Nigeria Limited, a major logistics and ports developing company in Nigeria, has again been bestowed with a Prestigious mobolaji Bank-Anthony Award for 2012.
The award was conferred on Intels by the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) at a ceremony held at the Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos recently.
Speaking while presenting the prestigious award, the President and Chairman of the council, Chief Olawale-Cole said Intels had demonstrated an uncommon commitment and contributions to the growth and development of the Institute.
Chief Olawale –Cole, who lauded the company for its achievement s so far in maritime sector, said aside from being an active corporate member of the Institute, INTELS currently sits on the Board of Governing Council of the Institute, adding that they deserved the honour.
“INTELS, the 2012 choice for the highly converted award was found worthy after a thorough assessment of all nominees, and was chosen for its commitment and contributions to the Institute’s activities, growth and development,” he said.
The president further commended the management of INTELS for all their contributions to the economy of the country, and urged them to keep the flag flying, and aimed at the sky as their limit.
Responding while receiving the award on behalf of the company, the Special Duty Manager of INTELS. Mr. Chibuisi Onyebueke said the award would spur the company to redouble their efforts, and also thanked N1m for recognising their contributions to the society.
Mr. Onyebueke expressed the company’s gratitude to N1m and further assured of better services and commitment to the growth and development of the Institute and the Society in general.
It will be recalled that INTELS recently bagged the forum of south-south chambers of commerce, industry, mines and Agriculture (FOSSCCIMA) honorary life Patron award for all their services.
