Council Boss Pledges More Dev. Projects
The chairman of Ahoada East Local Government Council, Chief Cassidy Ikegbidi has renewed his commitment towards providing more infrastructural development in the area.
Chief Ikegbid stated this Thursday at the second year anniversary celebration of his administration held at Ihugbogo community.
The council boss who stressed the need for the people to always embrace peace assured that the construction of roads linking all communities in the area would be pursued vigorously.
Chief Ikegbidi commended the effort of the Rivers State Governor, Rt Hon Chibuike Amaechi towards bringing dividends of democracy and enjoined the people to continue to support the present administration.
Speaking at the occasion, Chief Thomas Abot commended the council boss for putting smiles on the faces of his people.
He emphasized the need for people of the area to reciprocate the administrations effort with more support.
The former council boss particularly called on youths in the area to shun violence and take advantage of the opportunities provided by the present administration to build good future for themselves.
