Globacom Opens Gloworld Shop In Enugu
Subscribers in Enugu are set to experience the robust one-on-one, intech customer care and sales services of second national telecoms operator, Globacom as the company opens a new Gloworld shop in the city on Wednesday. The shop located at 23 Okpara Road Enugu, will be the second one to be commissioned in the city. It is designed to provide facilities that will carter for the needs of more subscribers in and around the city. The opening of the new Gloworld in Enugu is in line with the Globacom’s tradition of taking its customer care services nearer to the people and ensuring that issues are resolved without stress while products and services are brought closer to the customers. According to the managing director of Gloword, Mrs Shade Olusope, the new centers were built toward bringing world class telecommunication services to the doorsteps of Nigerians across the nation. “No longer would people have to go far to solve their communication problems, we want everybody to have Gloworld in his or her domain, Olusope explained. The new shop in Enugu will bring the number of shops already opened by Glo in major cities across the country to 45 Olusope explained that many more Gloworld shops are also ready for commissioning while the staff to man them have been undergoing specialised training to handle customers from diverse backgrounds.
