Enyimba Joins Race To Sign Okpako
Enyimba FC have
joined the race to sign midfielder Solomon Okpako from Delta Forces.
The former Nigerian U23 international who featured in the colours of Warri Wolves in the 2015/16 league season is on the wish list of at least four clubs in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
This has alerted Enyimba, having shown interest in bringing the exciting midfielder to Aba.
“Enyimba are interested in Okpako,” a source told newsmen.
“I learnt that four clubs have made contact for his services from his representative.
“But it appears Enyimba might be his next destination with talks reportedly at an advanced stage.”
Enyimba FC have already bolstered their ranks with the capture of Ibrahim Mustapha, Chinedu Ohanachom, Isiaka Oladuntoye, Friday Achimugwu, Samson Gbadebo, Ibrahim Salawu, Omotayo Adebogun and Fatau Dauda.
