An appeal has gone to public
spirited individuals, corporate bodies and the government to come to the aid of little Master Dakorinama Favour Tariah, who has a hole in the heart.

The father, an Accountancy graduate of the Rivers State University of Science and Technology Port Harcourt and an applicant, Mr. Tariah Soibi Ibiba, said he managed to send the child to the Indian hospital for surgery with the assistance of some philanthropic Nigerians who raised about $6,000 for the operation.
The father who came to The Tide head office Wednesday with his ‘save-our-soul’ message said that the sum of $12,500 is needed to pay the balance of the cost of treatment and other necessary charges as to bring him back to Nigeria.
“My child who has been in India with my wife have been stranded for past five months because we are unable to provide the money demanded by the hospital. I appeal to good spirited Nigerians to assist me because the more they stay there, the more the bill accumulates”, he said.
