Immigration Elevates 12 In Bayelsa
The Nigeria Immigration
Service has elevated 12 officers deployed to the Bayelsa Command in its last promotion exercise.
Addressing the newly promoted officers and men of the command at a brief decoration ceremony yesterday in Yenagoa, the Comptroller Sule Wunti, urged the beneficiaries to be more dedicated to duty.
He urged them to see their elevation as a call to higher responsibilities, adding, “to whom, much is given, much is expected.”
He said that eight of the officers were promoted, three converted while three others were upgraded in the exercise.
Our correspondent reports that the comptroller, assisted by senior officers of the command, decorated the elevated officers with their new ranks.
