Adeleye Joins Anzhi
Nigerian defender Dele Adeleye has joined former Russian big spenders Anzhi Makachkala on a four-year-deal.
A report on the club’s website says the 24-year old defender, who represented Nigeria at the 2008 Olympics and 2010 World Cup, joins on a free transfer.
Tipped for great things after excelling at the 2005 World Youth Championships, Adeleye spent the early part of his European career at Sparta Rotterdam in Holland.
His last club was Kuban Krasnodar where he was released before joining Anzhi.
