Ex-Lawmaker Lauds Amaechi Over Nwogu’s Appointment
A former lawmaker who represented Etche and Omuma Federal constituency at the House of Representatives, Chief Georgeford Nwosu has expressed delight with the nomination of another former lawmaker in the State Assembly, Mr Emeka Nwogu as a commissioner into the state executive.
Chief Nwosu has also praised Governor Amaechi for the move which has given the people of Omuma a sense of belonging in the scheme of things.
In a statement on behalf of his wife, Lolo Helen Nwosu and the good people of Omulga, Chief Nwosu described Chief Nwogu as a square peg in a square hole, citing his vast experience and diligence in public affairs.
He further prayed God to guide Chief Nwogu in his new assignment, enjoined the people of Omuma to remain loyal and dedicated to the administrations of President Goodluck Jonathan and Governor Chibuike Amaechi.
