Association Commends RSG Over Schools Renovation
The Old Boys Association of County Grammer School Ikwerre Etche had commended the Rivers State government for the massive renovation of the school.
The Acting President of the Association, Mr. Sydney Enyindah, said this during the presentation of a mowing machine to the principal of the school by the association.
Mr. Enyindah, who also commended the Governor, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi for the transformation being witnessed in other schools across the state.
He said that the donation was part of their corporate responsibility to the school and assured that two more mowing machines will be purchased soon.
The association acting president further used the occasion to call on the principal to keep up with the vision of the Alma Mata, particularly in the area of academic excellence which the school is known for.
Responding the principal of the school, Sir Mgbomo, thanked the association for the gesture and other assistance to the school in the past and urged for the gesture to be sustained.
