NAPEP Gets New Scribe
The Federal Government has announced Dr. Dan Mou as the new secretary of programme (SoP) to the National Poverty Eradication Programme (NAPEP).
Dr. Mou replaced Alhaji Jibril Zarewa who has retired from the Federal Public Service.
Before his appointment, he was serving as the director of Research, Monitoring & Evaluation of the same organisation.
MoU, The Tide leant had wide and profound experience in the public service.
The new NAPEP’s SoP, Mou, hails from Anyiin in Benue State had a B.sc. Hon in Political Science which big players in the organisation said it will enable him do well in his new appointment.
The Tide also gathered that he has also attended cources at the Global Training Consulting London, UK, NEPAD, Nairobi, and Salisbury e.t.c.
However, he once served as a Deputy Director (Special duties) in the presidency and in the office of the Head of Service of the Federation and Director (Narcotics Drugs Control).
