Institute Graduates Batch 1 Ex-Militant Trainees
The graduation ceremony of the first batch of repentant militants earlier schedule for tomorrow at the Rehabilitation Institute Okehi, in Etche Local Government area, Rivers State has been shifted.
A special government announcement issued yesterday in Port Harcourt and signed by the Acting Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Blessing Wikina said that the graduation ceremony will now hold on Thursday at the same time and venue.
The government said that it regrets any inconvenience the shift in date may have caused distinguished invitees.
