NULGE Plans Housing Estate For Workers
The Nigerian Union of Lo

The Tide learnt that the ground-breaking ceremony of the housing estate which is being undertaken by the Rivers State Chapter of NULGE would be performed before the end of this month at a ceremony that would attract stakeholders in local government administration and beyond.
Disclosing this during courtesy calls on some councils caretaker chairmen, as part of his state-wide tour of the 23 local government Councils in the state, NULGe President, Barr. Barr. Ajinwo who led the State working committee and chairmen of the union in the 23 LGAs on the tour told the caretaker chairmen of Eleme, Okrika, Ogu/ Bolo, Andoni, Opobo / Nkoro and Khana Local Government Areas that the project was dear to their heart and they were committed to ensuring it completion after the ground breaking ceremony.
In their separate speeches, Comrade Mimi Gospel (Eleme), Chief Hon. Amangi Sunday (Okrika), Hon Mina (Ogu/Bolo), Deacon Emmanuel Ikwut (Andoni), Hon. Micheal Donald Igolima (Opobo/Nkoro) and Chief Hon. Gordon Tornwe (Khana) expressed delight at the housing project and assured that they would be at the ground-breaking ceremony-whenever they received a formal invitation to that effect.
The housing estate, Barr.
