Kaduna State House of
Assembly has adopted the report on a bill to set up the Kaduna State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASSA).
The report was presented by Assemblyman David Umaru, the Chairman, House Committee on Water Resources and Judiciary.
He recalled that the House, during its 95th sitting, had mandated his committee to conduct an indepth study and make recommendations on the bill.

Mr Bitiyong Nkon, representing Kaura Constituency, said that the bill would help in instilling maintenance culture in the minds of the people.
