Bayelsa State Governor, Seriake Dickson has directed local government council chairmen in the state to declare their councils’ cash outflow and inflow to the people in the hinterlands, warning that any failure to abide with the instruction would be sanctioned.
Dickson gave the order just as he disclosed that the state government has floated N1b scholarship for 2012 to enable indigenes of the state further their education within and beyond the country.
Dickson said the policy would build capacity among the youths in the state to enable them fit into the society ,as he urged indigenes to avail themselves of the opportunity.
