Customs Boss Tasks Workers On Hardwork
Customs personnels at the Port Harcourt Area One Command have been reminded that hardwork and dedication to duties always lead to promotions and upliftments.
The Customs Area Comptroller, Area One, Mr Austins Warikoru who made the charge last Thursday while decorating 12 officers of the commend who were recently promoted with a new rank reminded the officers that those who are hard working, and dedicated would always be rewarded with promotions.
According to him, hardwork heads to recognition, “from recognitions you get recommended and promoted”.
Warikoru reminded the officers that the most important thing apart from being dedicated is their contributions to service, assuring that their satisfaction would surely head them to recognition, them recommendation.
The Area Comptroller charged the newly promoted officers to respect their rank on their shoulders while we tasked those who were not promoted not to recent as their promotion are on the way.
The customs boss also charged all officers of the command to always render selfless service to the nation.
“I urged those promoted to respect their ranks on their shoulders. I assure you that the headquarters will always take care of your welfare”.
About four senior officers of the command and eight junior officers were promoted.
