The Police last Tuesday brought one Jamila Belo, 26, resident of Gwagwalada, before an Abuja Upper Area Court for allegedly destroying farm crops.

She said the accused took his cows to the complainant’s farm situated beside Nima Carper Gwagwalada, adding that the cows ate his maize crop valued at N6,000.
The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The judge. Mr Babanagda Hassan, therefore, ordered that the accused should be remanded in police custody pending his application for bail.
