‘Rivers, Real Madrid Academy’ll Produce Good Players’
One of the coaches in Rivers State/ Real Madrid Football Academy, Coach Nwiyara Gabriel, says the academy will produce the next generation of footballers in Nigeria and beyond.
According to him, the achievements by the Rivers State Government led by Chief Nyesom Wike will develop the game of football.
Coach Gabriel said this shortly after the coaches were briefed by the State Commissioner for Sports, Hon. Boma Iyaye, before leaving base to Spain for coaching course.
He explained that the establishment of the academy in Nigeria will boost the moraly of young players and add value to their lives
“The young ones should be prepared to take football seriously in Nigeria because Messi and Rolando were brought from nowhere to somewhere and today they are world stars,” coach Gabriel said.
