Hotel Operator Tasks Youth On Talents
Youths in Rivers State
have been called to learn how to use their talents to solve the problem of unemployment rather than engage in social vices.
The Chief Executive Officer/Chairman, City Life Hotel, Elimgbu, Eze Michael Mekaka Wobo, said this in an interview with journalists at the weekend in Port Harcourt.
He said if the youths could discover their talents and convert it to something useful that it would go far in addressing the issue of unemployment.
Eze Wobo noted that the youths have enough hidden talents that would help them discover and properly place them top of the cadre of enterprenuers.
According to him, the level of unemployment has gone beyond the point where one group or government could handle.
He stressed that until young people resolve on how to convent their energy to some positive ventures employment would still thrive.
The Monarch also reasoned that a lot of opportunities abound in the state, but are wasting due to lack of manpower.
He harped on the need for government to access the communities and fish out youths who are ready to develop their talents and assist them accordingly.
