Mrs. Olukoya Storms PH
Anointed woman of God and wife of the General Overseer, Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministry, Pastor (Mrs) Shade Olukoya is to storm the Garden City of Port Harcourt, leading other women of God to minister at a 3-day progamme organised by the Women Ministry of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministry South I region Port Harcourt.
Also expected to minister at the programme is the Senior Regional Overseer, Pastor Felix Adedeji who is the host.
According to a statement signed by the Secretary of the Women Foundation, Sister Ugochi Ibe and the Co-ordinator, Planning Committee, Sister Olanipekun, made available to The Tide, the programme tagged “Women Enlightenment/Deliverance Prayer Programme” will be organised under the theme, ‘The Christian home’ and it is slated for Thursday 16th to Sunday 19th of July, 2009 at the church regional headquarters, No. 214 A Aba Road, Rumuola, Port Harcourt.
The prograamme details as contained in the statement explain that the Thursday and Friday session of the programme will hold between 5.00 and 8.00 pm, and the Saturday session will be conducted between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm, while an inauguration service will be held on Sunday by 7.00 am to 11.45 am.
The statement also enjoined all and sundry, especially women in Rivers State to attend the programme as they stand to benefit immensely from the ministration in personal development and building their homes as practical Christians.

Technology Key to Nigeria’s Socio-Economic Development, Says Computer Scientist
Dr. Legborsi Emmanuel, former state Chairman of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), has emphasized that technology is the sure way for Nigeria’s socio-economic development.
He made this assertion while speaking with newsmen at the sideline of 118th inaugural lecture series of Rivers State University (RSU) held in port Harcourt, wednesday.
He stressed that the lecture, which focused on emerging technology and its impact on the socio-economic development of the country, aligns with the NCS’s economic focus.
He highlighted the importance of building an economy driven by technology, citing the success of the Rivers State Smart Economy policy as an example.
The computer scientist emphasized the need for innovation and doing things differently, asserting that “technology is the only way out” for Nigeria’s development. He praised the lecturer, Professor Mathias Daniel, for exploring the applications of technology in various sectors, including agriculture, industry, transport, and socio-economics.
Dr. Emmanuel underscores the critical role technology plays in driving socio-economic growth and development in Nigeria by leveraging technology, the country can unlock new opportunities and address pressing challenges.
