Fitness: Go To The Gym In Stylish Gear
If you are an active gym user, then you should know that
using the appropriate gear means ease of movement and comfort. Using the wrong gear means inhibition of movement and sometimes pains and cramps.
It also depicts your sense of style. Your gym gear and cloths worn says a lot about you. But that should not erase the purpose of your visiting the gym.
Jogging
What you require? Running leggings if you have to jog. Wear these with light, sleeveless leopard pant suit. If you are running in the evening outside, gear with reflective strips is brilliant because drivers and cyclists would notice you on time to prevent accident or injury.
In addition to your clothes, running shoes are very important. It is a high impart activity and you need to make sure your feet are getting the right support to prevent injury. Many sports shops now offer gait/foot analysis to help identify what type of running shoe will give you the best support.
High Impart Aerobic
Here, you need a decent sports bra, vest and Capri pants for a hard work out. Also, you need sweat absorbing materials as you bounce about and good shoes with plenty of cushioning to minimise impart on your joints.
Dance
If your are doing a dance class of the high energy Zumba, it is a chance to have a little fun with your workout gear. Choose some bright colours and clothes with losts of stretch. As long as you’ve got the chest support with a good sports bra there are a host of pretty workout tops from which to choose. If you’re doing a class such as ballet or jazz you will have to invest in a pair of appropriate shoes rather than trainers.
Pilates/Yoga
For these classes you need comfortable clothing that allows your body to move freely but also allows the class teacher to see the shape of your body to make sure you are carrying out the moves correctly.
Choose soft, natural fibres such as cotton with some iycra content to allow for stretching. If you are partaking in power yoga or hot yoga choose sweat-absorbing fabrics instead.
Swimming
String bikinis really aren’t appropriate for swimming fast lengths. These could expose those parts of your body you don’t want to share with the public. The comfort of any swimsuit depends on your body shape, so go ahead, and try on a few swimsuits before picking the best for your purpose. For example, if your waist is short compared to the rest of your torso, you might find that swimsuits leave you hunched and your boobs uncomfortably squashed. The best remedy for this is a tank top bikni. You can often mix different sizes of the tank tops and the pants. If you are generously blest in the boob’s area, then an in-built bra support should be invaluable. Don’t forget your goggles or swim cap especially if you have coloured hair which reacts to chlorine.
Spinning/Cycling
Be prepared to sweat in a spin class so choose lightweight sweat – absorbing fabrics. Don’t forget cycling shorts or Capri pants to prevent trouser cuffs getting caught up in the pedals as you ride along.
The Sports Bra
This is very important. It doesn’t matter how large or small your breast are, wearing a sports bra while you exercise reduces breast movement, preventing sagging and the reducing pain.
