2015: Forum Warns Against Violence In Rundele
The leader of Rundele
Political Forum, Hon. Lucky Worluh has warned politicians against acts that could lead to the destruction of the community.
Speaking at a campaign rally organised by the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the area, Hon. Worluh said that Rundele was not a battle field, stressing that the relative peace which the community had enjoyed since it came into being some of years ago must be preserved.
According to him, while every politicians is free to go about his campaign peacefully, the youths must not be used as objects of destruction.
Meanwhile, Hon. Worluh has given reasons why the community will vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forth-coming elections.
He said that the APC-led Administration in the state had been kind to Rundele, stressing that the Agba Ndele road was awarded and completed by the APC-led administration in the state.
Hon.Worluh also listed the 24 hours electricity being enjoyed by the community as well as the Model Primary School and Health Centres built by Governor Amaechi in the area as some of the reasons.
Chairman Caretaker Committee of Emohua Local Government Council, Hon. Godstime Orlukwu paid glowing tribute to the former Secretary to the State Government, Chief Sampson Agbaru for his consistency in supporting Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi and urged well-meaning sons and daughters of Ikwerre to emulate the elder statesman.
