RSG Commences Biometric Exercise For Retirees
In line with the commitment of the present administration to improve the welfare of retirees in the state, the Rivers State Government has commenced a biometric exercise for all its retirees in the state.
A circular from the Rivers State Public Service Management Information System, Rivpus mis, said the exercise which commenced on the 20th of March 2018 would end on 20th of April 2018.
The circular listed requirements to include, letter of first appointment, confirmation of appointment and last promotion .
Also required are letter of retirement, authority for payment of benefits, pensioners identification (ID) card, computation for payment of retirement benefits and Bank Verification Number (BVN) print out.
The rest are Birth Certificate, age declaration as well as local Government Identification letter.
