The General
Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor W. F. Kumuyi will arrive Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital on Sunday for a prophetic intervention visit.
The Rivers State Overseer of the Ministry, Pastor Edison Daminabo told newsmen that the visit tagged: “Rivers of Peace”: Port Harcourt Prophetic International Visit” will be graced by over two million Christians from within and outside the state.
Briefing newsmen on preparations for the visit of Pastor Kumuyi to the state, the State Overseer of the Ministry, Pastor Edison Daminabo said that the crusade which would be held at the Rivers State University of Science and Technology’s play ground would usher in peace and prosperity to the state.
Pastor Daminabo, who noted that the violence across the state was spiritually linked, stressed that since the human government had failed to bring solutions to the problem, the intervention of God had become necessary.
“The general state of the people and the welfare of the state at the 49th year celebration of its creation is a focus for spiritual concern.
“It is important to have a state worthy of peace, joy and freedom for all and it is note-worthy to have a people with cognizance of the spiritual, physical and natural providence which heaven has bestowed”.
He described the visit as very strategic and prophetic and expressed confidence that many lives would be blessed during the visit.
“It is set time to piece together all broken hopes and shattered dreams” he said.
