MTN, The Promise Partner For Customers’ Satisfaction
The MTN Nigeria, one of the telecommunication giants in the country and one of the leading fast food in the state, “The Promise Fast Food”, have entered into a business partnership with a view to sustaining customers satisfaction in the state.
This was the outcome of the opening of the first MTN promise fast food consumers outlet in trans-Amadi industrial layout Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Speaking at the launching, the general manager, regional Operations MTN, Obinna Nweje (Engr.) said that the partnership will put the two corporate organizations on a high pedestrian of customership patronage.
Engr. Obinna stated that the reason for choosen the promise on the patronage was that the promise fast food was one on the leading our fast growing eatery home where people meet in the state, adding that the idea was to make their customers have their products at their door steps while relating at the outlet.
He disclosed that the company always identify with people with a successful story and congratulated the Managing Director of the promise fast food for taken the right choice to partner with the company.
The General Manager, regional Operations MTN opined that the partnership was the first of its kind within the entire South-East region adding that “so long as the brand and promise fast food lives, both companies would continue to grow together.
Also speaking, the regional Sales Manager, MTN Onamari Horsfall, lauded the management of the “promise fast food” for the partnership noting that the venture would expand the two companies and bring the desired satisfaction to their customers.
In his awn speech, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, promise fast food, Pst Oluwatoye Alabi said the company has 26 outlets in the state as well as one in Lagos State adding that efforts are been made to open more outlets in Lagos before the end of this year.
Pastor Alabi disclosed that the success of the partnership was historic and achieved due to the grace of God and the integrity which has been the hallmark of the company adding that the company was better position to serve the society better.
