Chibok Girls: Mrs Amaechi Prays With Children

Governor, Dame Judith Amaechi Held An Intercessory Prayer Session With Children For God Intervention In The Release Of The 200 Children Kidnapped At Chibok.
Mrs Amaechi who called off the usual funfair associated with children’s celebration said it was pertinent to intercede for the release of the children rather than hold big party to commemorate the event.
She stated that Nigerians are beginning to trample on the rights of the child and called for quick intervention in protecting the Nigerian child.
The governor wife joined the children to pray for safety and release of their colleagues still with their abductors.
Similar Governor Amaechi’s wife has called for more social investment in education and welfare of the children.
Mrs Amaechi stated this Monday when she received Apostle Eugene Ogu, President of Hope Alive World Outreach on protest over the continuous detention of the Chibok girls.
She said its been a very difficult for parents realizing that their children and children’s contemporary are kept in solitary confinement by the Boko Haram Sect.
The governor’s wife assured the group that the governor is committed supporting all effort to secure release of the Girls
Leader of the group, Apostle Eugene Ogu said the group will continue with its protest until justice is done in the release of the girls.
