In order to seek God’s favour and direction in pilotting the affairs of Nigeria Institute of Shipping (NIS), Eastern Zone, the new executives of the body recently converged at Jerusalem, Anglican Church, Port Harcourt, Rivers State for a thanksgiving service.
In his sermon, the Vicar of the Church, Rev Romanus Foko admonished Christians on the need to seek God’s favour in all their endeavours, and commended the new leadership of the institute for their wisdom in committing their tenure to God, describing it as a right step in the right direction.
