Sharks, ABS In Barren Draw In Ilorin
Sharks FC of Port Harcourt on Wednesday held Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) FC of Ilorin to a barren draw in their week 12 match of the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL).
The visitors secured their first points away after an unimpressive start into the Nigeria apex league.
The Ilorin side, who held Sunshine stars of Akure to a draw on Sunday, could not break the defence of the visitors.
Speaking with newsmen after the match, the Technical Adviser of Sharks, Segun Ogungbote, said that the draw was a good result.
He claimed that he would work hard to stabilise the team on the NPFL log.
Ogunbote said his challenge was to improve the performance of the team and avoid further drop on the league.
Coach Kabir Dogo, the Technical Adviser of the ABS, however, declined comment on the performance of his lads.
