The Tide Nuj Condoles With Member
The Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), Tide chapel has condoled with the family of Mr. Beemene Taneh of Bien Gwara Town in Khana local government area of Rivers State, over the demise of their late father, Chief Dae Job Taneh, which sad event occurred on 9th August, 2012 at the age of 69 after a brief illness
In a statement signed by the chairman of the chapel, Mr. Felix Okogbule adn the secretary, Akujobi Amadi, the union described the death of Chief Dae Job Tanah as a great loss to the family, community and indeed the entire Khana Local Government Area, noting that Pa Taneh impacted positively on the lives of many within and outside Khana LGA while alive.
The statement added that Pa Dae Job Taneh would be remembered by many for his philanthropist and honest life style and urged his children to uphold the legacies bequeathed by their late father and prayed God to grant him eternal rest.
In a related development, the Nigerian Union of Journalists, (NUJ) Tide chapel has also condoled with the family of Mr. Alpheaus Paul-Worika of Ogu in Ogu/Bolo local government area over the sudden death of his elder brother, Pastor Franklin Paul-Worika at the age of 63 after a brief ill-health.
In a statement signed by the chairman and the secretary, Mr. Felix Okogbule and Akujobi Amadi respectively, the union described late Pastor Franklin Paul-Worika as a veteran journalist who contributed immensely to the development of the profession in the state as well as the country.
The statement noted that the late Pastor Franklin Paul-Worika worked in various media organizations including the Nigerian Tide News Paper.
The statement urged members of the union to attend the burial slated for Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 10.00am.
