Chamber Chairman Tasks Nigeria, S’Africa On Economic Potentials
Chairman of Nigerian-South African Chamber of Commerce (NSACC), Chief Oba Otudeko, has urged Nigeria and South-Africa to harness their economic potentials through bilateral trade.
He made a call in the February edition of the chamber’s monthly publication “N-SACC News” made available to newsmen in Lagos on Wednesday.
“The two countries can significantly help in breaking the vicious cycle of poverty, unemployment and other economic challenges that have been stifling the growth of African economy,” Otudeko said.
He said that the two countries should capitalise on the economic and business collaborations to promote bilateral trade.
“The relationship between Nigeria and South Africa has been very beneficial to the two countries in all areas of the economy.
“In spite of the economic challenges besetting Nigeria, Nigeria has a bright future.
“The chamber has been the bedrock for the creation of enabling environment for sound trade relationship between Nigeria and South Africa,” he said.
