The Secretary to the Rivers State Government (SSG) Mr. Magnus Abe is expected to give the keynote address at the occasion billed for 11am for young Rivers State indigenes between the ages of 18 and 35 years, drawn from the 23 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of the state, through a competitive application process.
