MrsAmaechi Identifies Key To Successful Marriage
Wife of the Rivers State Governor has attributed love, patience and tolerance as enduring tonic for successful marriage.
Judith Amaechi stated this in a statement signed by her Media Assistant Dike Bekwele to commemorate her sixteenth Marriage Anniversary.
She said the success of Marriage must flourish on enduring principle of love and respect in the family adding that the foundation of marriage must also be anchored on the fear of God.
“I want to state here that all marriages have their challenges, and these challenges have different faces but if marriage is built on the love of God and spiced with patience, tolerance and perseverance, it will definitely stand the test of time”.
Amaechi decried the high rate of marriage mortality in the society and added that couple must learn to communicate in God’s presence. “The rate of separation and divorce is worrisome, but we must engage God in our marriage and entrust our future in Him”.
Governor Amaechi, married his wife Judith sixteen years ago and the Union is blessed with three lovely kids.
In a related development, Governor Amaechi and wife were among the dignitaries that attended the traditional marriage of Adaeze Ogbulafor, daughter of Chief Vincent Ogbulafor, National Chairman, Peoples Democratic Party at Otu-Okokoro, Umuahia in Abia State. Adaeze traditional Marriage to Mike Ogbuiji took place at the Ogbulafor’s country home. Governor Amaechi was represented by the Commissioner for Works, Dakuku Peterside and wife while the Rivers first Lady Judith Amaechi was accompanied by Hon. Felicia Barizaze, member of the Rivers State House of Assembly.
