100 Days In Office: Wike Inspects Mother And Child Hospital

The Rivers State Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike, last Monday, inspected the Mother And Child Hospital, which is under construction and almost ready for commissioning as part of the celebration of 100 days in office by the state government.
The state government had earlier terminated the contract of the construction of the facility after the first contractor deviated from the expected specifications.
The new contractor has started remodelling the hospital and correcting the errors made by the first contractor.
Wike was accompanied on the inspection by the Rivers State PDP Chairman, Bro Felix Obuah.
Already, the equipment for the modern hospital are already on ground for installation.
Also, last Monday, the governor inspected Birabi Road and Judges’ Quarters.
He was also at the Mile One Market and the Fruit Garden Market, where traders hailed him as he embarked on inspection.
The two markets would be commissioned as part of the first 100 days of the second term of Governor Nyesom Wike.
