Banigo Extols Pa Obuah


Rivers State Deputy Governor, Dr. Ipalibo Harry Banigo has condoled with the State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Bro. Felix Obuah over the unfortunate demise of his father, Elder Bethel Chukujindu Obuah.
In a statement through her Press Secretary, Paul Damgbor, Dr. Banigo expressed shock over the death of Elder Chukujindu, describing him as a devout Christian who exhibited Godly virtues towards humanity and building of an egalitarian society.
The Deputy Governor however expressed gratitude to God that the late octogenarian lived a fulfilled life, stressing that as a community leader, bridge builder and a man who professed Christ, he would be missed by many people, especially those whom he impacted positively during his life time.
Dr. Banigo noted that, the death of Elder Bethel Chukujindu Obuah has created a vacuum very difficult to fill as he died when his fatherly wise counsel was most needed.
The Deputy Governor prayed God to give the PDP Chairman, the entire Obuah family and the entire PDP family the fortitude to bear the loss, and grant the soul of late Elder Bethel Chukujindu Obuah eternal rest.
