Flavour Emerges Ambassador Of Life Beer …As Tuface Becomes First Nigerian Ambassador Of Campari

Flavour has gotten another reason to always visit the bank the more these days, recently, he had a reason to celebrate as he landed an endorsement with Nigerian Breweries as a brand ambassador of Life Beer. Recall that in 2014, he was made the brand ambassador for Guiness Nigeria’s Harp Lager Beer.
Thanks to promoter, Paul O, the CEO of Upfront Booking for helping the ‘Ada Ada’ singer get this deal. Paul is one who gets most credit for helping Nigerian celebrities with their deals. Flavour will be spending two years on this endorsement.
While Flavour continues stacking up good cash, the rumours of him dating Chidinma seem not to be ending anytime soon. Chidinma who was the first female winner of MTN project fame has been on the flavor train for a while now. It started with their duet ‘Ololufe’ last year. In the video they kissed which sparked off rumours that the two were dating.
However, Chidinma always tell us “Flavour is someone that is very, very cool to work with, it’s very easy to work with Flavour. He is really a very nice person, so we are just working basically. There will always be rumours, but hey what am I even trying to defend? Nothing. People will always talk either way.”
In a related development, veteran R&B Singer, 2 Face idibia was announced as the brand ambassador for alcoholic drink, campari, during the Nigeria Entertainment Conference held in Lagos on April 20, 2016.
The Head of Marketing for Brain Munro-Abayomi Ajao, has revealed why the company chose to make 2 Face its brand ambassador. He said “The brand has been with us for the past 50 years. Before now, we have relied on oversees ambassadors.”
“So, we begin to look at it that why can’t Africa have it’s own Campari ambassador? Why can’t the ambassador come from Nigeria?” So this evening we are pleased to announce to you that from this year 2016, 2 baba is a campari ambassador for Nigeria.
Abayomi also stated that 2 Face personality is reflection of what Champari present, he described the singer as hardworking and as exemplary image of the brand. “We believe that there is a lot of things that 2 Face has that resonate with Campari, 2 baba is a hardworking guy.” Campari is for the man that has worked very hard and has to celebrate.
R&B star, Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has recounted the early-career challenges she faced, revealing that she was once booed out of the stage while performing at a school event.
Speaking in an interview with Newsmen, the Crazy Tings crooner shared that she wasn’t only booed but was also harassed with plastic bottles.
“I remember one time I was going to perform at my school as an up-and-coming singer and I thought I was going to receiving a standing ovation.
“But I got booed. They even threw plastic bottles at me,” she recalled.
Tems explained that despite the embarrassing incident and other such rejections, she remained determined to pursue a career in music.
The Tide Entertainment reports that Tems admitted that some of the initial rejections she faced could be due to her conviction to stick to her originality instead of doing covers or familiar sounds like most of her peers.
The Grammy-winning singer said looking back now, she is glad that she didn’t compromise her style despite the initial pressures.
A close associate of late singer Mohbad, Primeboy, has appealed for the artiste’s burial nearly three years after his death.
According to him, Mohbad’s body remains in the mortuary since September 12, 2023, pending burial arrangements.
The Tide Entertainment reports that in a statement Primeboy urged the family, public, and government to permit the burial, stating, “It’s been almost three years since Mohbad left us. His body is still in the mortuary. I’m begging the family, I’m begging the public, I’m begging the government, please let’s bury our brother. He deserves a befitting burial.”
It would be recalled that Mohbad’s death sparked public outrage, protests, and investigations. Ongoing autopsy examinations, police inquiries, and legal proceedings have delayed burial arrangements amid family disagreements and public scrutiny.
