“RSUST Students ’ll Enjoy Online Case Reporting Soon”

ers State University of Science and Technology (RSUST) Nkpolu in Port Harcourt would soon enjoy online case reporting if the promises of one of the presidential hopefuls of the Law Students Association of Nigeria (LAWSAN) RSUST chapter Mr Endurance N. Okanezi is anything to go by.
The LAWSAN presidential candidate, said this last Tuesday while speaking with students in the law faculty.
Okanezi, noted that the online case reporting project has been in his mind over the years, saying that the best time to achieve it was during his tenure as RSUST LAWSAN boss.
He recalled that the days of analogue system are gradually phasing out, adding that LAWSAN must not be left out.
According to him, the Internet system has come to stay and all efforts should be glared towards its actualisation.
Furthermore, he said that the association’s constitution would also be available in the internet through its website which he has almost concluded plans to launch.
He regretted that most people are yet to embrace the digital system, even as he promised to create conducive environment for internet training.
The LAWSAN presidential candidate accounted the online case reporting among his cardinal programmes, while calling on the students to hold him responsible should he live below expectation upon his emergence as RSUST LAWSAN president.
He listed newspaper corporations, television and radio stations among others as the areas law students under his government may visit in a bid to expose the group to the public.
However, some students have called on him to also workout modalities on how to partner laptop dealers in order to sale the products to them at a subsidised rate.
