Vicar Tasks Osunwa, Others On Marriage Sustenance
The Vicar in charge of St.Thomas Anglican Church, Diobu Port Harcourt, Ven. Chris Iwuji has advised footballers in the country, particularly ex-Dolphins FC player Kelechi Osunwa, to always seek the fate of God if they want there marriage to succeed.
Ven. Iwuji gave two advice while speaking as the officiating minister in the marriage ceremony between Kelechi Osunwa and Mary, at the St. Thomas Anglican Church recently.
He further advised them to see themselves as one flesh to enable them sustain their marriage, saying that “marriage is originally instituted by God, but sometimes fail whem conples ignore God’s pattern.”
In his vote of thanks Osuwa, who is currently playing for El-Marielk Sport Club, in sudan, expressed joy over his successful wedding and thanked all those who made it possible.
“I sincerely appreciate all those who attended my wedding ceremony inspite of your tight schedules, may God bless you all,” he said.
Earlier the elder brother of Osunwa Comrade Chibuzor Osunwa also advised the couple to tolerate each other for a successful married life.
